Custom Jewelry Orders

• Custom orders require submission of details via our Custom Request form.

• All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is a proven error on our part.

• We will contact you within 24–48 hours with pricing and next steps.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cap The Jewel is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unworn and undamaged products.

• Custom orders are not eligible for return.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
