• Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Custom-made orders are non-refundable.

How to Return:

2. Ship your item back using a trackable method.

3. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges for the same product type are allowed, subject to availability.

• Contact us first to confirm stock before returning.

Note:

• All items are inspected upon receipt of return. Returns not meeting the above criteria may be denied.
